The automatic centering conveyor features a custom-designed curved body with power lines concealed within a protective cover, preventing operators from being scratched or electrocuted by sharp edges, and meeting European safety standards.
The rollers are made of precision-machined, chrome-plated stainless steel, which helps prevent paint adhesion. The rollers are evenly spaced and high-density, ensuring stable force distribution during workpiece conveying and eliminating the risk of jamming.
Although automatic centering conveyors are a basic piece of equipment in coating lines, we still use high-quality materials regardless of cost. The machine frame is rigid and has a high load-bearing capacity, so it will not sway or deform even when conveying heavy or large plates for extended periods.
Equipped with AIRTAC cylinders to drive the double-sided centering rollers, and with the help of photosensitive detectors to identify the workpiece's arrival signal in real time, the board is automatically triggered to center the rollers on both sides after being transported to the workstation, quickly correcting the workpiece to the center reference of the production line.
AIRTAC cylinders drive the centering rollers to extend and retract, offering excellent sealing performance, rapid response, and preventing air leakage or jamming even during repeated high-frequency movements. AIRTAC air filters remove moisture and other impurities from the air source, protecting the cylinder's internal piston from wear and extending its service life.
It adopts DELTA MS series frequency converter control system, with emergency stop and start/stop operation panel on the machine body, which can steplessly adjust the roller conveyor speed, flexibly match the production rhythm of front and rear coating machines, dryers, automatic loading and unloading machines, etc., while ensuring operational safety.
The automatic centering conveyor has a UNIS electric motor that provides high starting torque without impact or vibration. Its start/stop mechanism includes a buffer to prevent high-speed impacts, avoiding paint damage or material deformation. The die-cast aluminum alloy casing provides high protection against dust and paint mist and has a long service life.
