The dust collector is fitted with two sets of anti-static brush rollers, which rotate clockwise and counterclockwise, respectively. Two side-by-side air knives are installed at the dust collector’s discharge end. This secondary air-blowing cleaning further optimizes the surface cleanliness of workpieces.
The lifting adjustment of brush rollers adopts a stable dovetail groove structure instead of the traditional screw drive mechanism. This design delivers smoother movement and greater structural rigidity during operation, preventing positional deviation. With the digital display handwheel, operators can adjust height visually and accurately.
The dust collector features a multifunctional control panel with buttons and a frequency converter panel, with function labels in your language, making operation simple and convenient. The belt conveying system has a built-in correction function, operates stably, and allows the production speed to be adjusted via the frequency converter.
