The six-axis structure employs a multi-joint linkage design, allowing each axis of the robotic painting machine to rotate and oscillate independently. Its overall motion trajectory precisely mimics the agile movements of a human arm, enabling complex spraying operations at multiple angles and orientations, including curved surfaces, thereby ensuring uniform paint adhesion across the workpiece.

The paints and thinners used in spray painting operations frequently contain VOCs. The robotic painting machine can operate autonomously within enclosed spray booths, requiring only 1-2 personnel to handle remote operation and equipment inspections; this eliminates the need for workers to come into close contact with paints and VOCs, thereby preventing the health risks to humans associated with painting operations.
