Three Lamps UV Dryer

It utilizes an optional multi-group light source system to trigger a photochemical reaction with the UV coating within 3 to 5 seconds, instantly curing it into a film; this significantly reduces drying time and saves space required for storing semi-finished products.

LED UV Curing Machine

This paint drying oven utilizes an eco-friendly, energy-efficient LED cold light source. Its light source boasts an extended service life and operates at a lower temperature, making it particularly well-suited for industries such as high-end solid wood veneer furniture, coil materials, and UV printing.

Nano Excimer UV Machine

The excimer UV machine combines expert LED UV lamps with nano-excimer UV lamps to induce a photochemical reaction, imparting a super-matte, soft-touch, and scratch-resistant finish to UV coatings on both edges and flat surfaces.

Infrared Heating Oven

Positioned between the coating machine and UV curing unit, this paint drying oven uses far-infrared radiation to heat coatings, ensuring a more uniform and smooth finish across workpieces. Meanwhile, a top-mounted exhaust fan continuously expels moisture and volatile organic compounds from the coating layer.

Hot Air Drying Oven

This paint drying oven heats air with ceramic radiation tubes, then delivers the hot air through oven-integrated air inlet knives onto the workpiece’s coating, enabling rapid evaporation of water vapor and quick drying of water-based coatings.

High Temperature Drying Oven

This paint drying oven features gold-plated medium-to-long-wave infrared lamps, rapidly and uniformly heating its cavity to 100–250°C. Built with high-temperature resistance and safety enhancements, it ensures stable operation and is ideal for high-temperature coating drying.
