Hot Air Drying Oven

The hot air drying oven uses ceramic tubes to heat the surrounding air to approximately 90°C. The heated air is then directed through a flow-equalizing layer and delivered to the workpiece surface via high-speed air knives uniformly distributed throughout the drying chamber, thereby enabling rapid removal of water vapor or oil-based solvents.

Designed with safe operation as the core objective, our hot air drying ovens feature an external heating chamber and hot air circulation ducts to expel volatile solvents, preventing hazardous solvent concentration buildup that could cause combustion or explosion. The exhaust collection port is compatible with external VOCs treatment systems, ensuring compliance with environmental standards.

Standard Characteristics

Ceramic Radiation Heating Tubes

The system is equipped with four ceramic radiant electric heating tubes, each with a high-purity ceramic casing and a high-temperature-resistant alloy heating core. This design delivers high thermal conversion efficiency, rapidly and thoroughly heating the chamber's circulating air to around 90°C. The four heating units use a modular parallel layout, supporting independent on/off operation and power adjustment for single or multiple sets, effectively balancing heating efficiency and energy conservation.

Hot-Air Inlet Knives

The hot air drying oven’s interior comprises an aluminum alloy and stainless steel hot-air flow-equalizing layer and a high-density array of hot-air knives. The heated airflow is rectified by the equalizing layer, then compressed by the air knives into a thin, powerful, uniform air curtain. This curtain is vertically and precisely directed onto the workpiece’s surface coating, ensuring that heat and airflow are evenly distributed inside the oven, leading to consistent and reliable heat exchange across the entire workpiece.

Hot Air Circulation Structure

The unit's internal airflow circulation system establishes a smooth and efficient closed-loop control cycle encompassing "fresh air delivery, heating, airflow rectification via a uniform-flow layer, air knife delivery, workpiece heat exchange, VOCs exhaust, and hot air recovery." It is equipped with an independent external heating chamber, separate from the main drying channel, to prevent heating elements from contacting the workpiece or volatile solvents, thereby ensuring both safety and ease of maintenance.

Aluminum Silicate Insulation Layer

Each side wall of the hot air drying oven is equipped with hinged, sealed, insulated protective covers; opening them enables convenient, high-efficiency internal cleaning and maintenance. The inner side of each protective cover is filled with a dense, seamless 40mm aluminum silicate insulation layer, which effectively blocks high-temperature conduction from the oven interior, significantly improving hot-air circulation efficiency and utilization, reducing heating unit energy consumption and avoiding the risk of burns.
