Users can freely set ideal wire-drawing effects for different wood species or veneer materials. The standard single-pass drawing depth reaches 0.3mm, enabling the easy realization of a light, natural texture, a moderate, elegant grain, or a deep, vintage finish. The variable-frequency conveying system ensures stable, high-efficiency continuous production.
It only strips away softwood growth rings while preserving rigid wood fibers, causing no damage to the wood's structural integrity. The treated wood is well-suited for subsequent high-grade finishing processes, including open-grain painting, vintage distressing, and color staining, presenting elegant and sophisticated decorative effects.
The standard model is equipped with three 280mm-diameter steel wire-drawing rollers and two 310mm-diameter sisal polishing rollers to achieve a good, wood wire-drawing effect. Additionally, we can provide rollers with different wire diameters to better suit the hardness and grain depth of the wood substrate.
Each working roller is fitted with a separate high-power motor to ensure a steady, ample power supply. It maintains a constant rotating speed even when processing hardwood, delivering uniform drawing depth and consistent grain texture. High-efficiency motors reduce energy consumption and operating costs.
Adopting a 5mm-thick, toothed anti-slip conveying belt, it features outstanding toughness and high load-bearing capacity. Its special tooth structure boosts friction to firmly hold workpieces during processing. It resists deformation and abrasion well, ensures uniform drawing effect and prolongs service life.
The wood texture wire drawing machine is equipped with a multi-functional control panel consisting of buttons, knobs, and frequency conversion control panels. It supports multiple languages, is easy to operate and maintain, and can be quickly put into operation with only short-term training.
