Compared to nitrogen-based excimer technology, which requires long-term use of high-purity nitrogen, this nano-excimer UV coating line has a much lower equipment cost. It can start working simply by being powered on, giving it a greater advantage in terms of usage and maintenance costs.

The Workflow of Soft-Touch Excimer UV Coating Lines is as Follows:

Materials Feeding: We typically use manual labor or automatic loading machines to perform this task.
Surface Treatment: The methods for surface treatment vary depending on the material. We usually use dust removal or water-cleaning equipment to keep the material surface spotless.
Topcoat Roller Coating (Optional): For flat products, UV topcoat roller coating is the ideal choice, as it can evenly apply paint to the workpiece surface with an adjustable coating amount of 10-80g per square meter in one pass.
Topcoat Spray Painting (Optional): For shaped products, reciprocating spraying of a UV excimer topcoat can achieve a high-quality coating with uniform color on the edges and surfaces, with an adjustable coating amount of 120-150g per square meter in one pass.
UV Leveling: Heating promotes paint leveling and prevents coating defects, such as waviness, bubble, and orange peel.
Nano Excimer UV Curing: Combining an LED cold light source and 172nm UV excimer reduces surface and edge gloss, resulting in a super-matte, soft-touch, skin-like effect.
3D UV Curing: UV coatings rapidly polymerize and crosslink under ultraviolet irradiation via photoinitiators, completing the curing process in just a few seconds and significantly reducing drying time.
Finished Products: Similarly, we can use manual labor or equipment to complete the unloading work. And after the soft-touch excimer UV coating line, the products can proceed directly to the next process without waiting.
