The protective film laminating machine consists of three sections. The centering conveyor moves the product to the correct center position; the laminating and cutting section applies a protective film to the product and automatically cuts it; the product is then transported out via a stainless steel roller conveyor. This effectively protects the finished product from scratches, contamination, or damage.

The protective film laminating machine is equipped with real-time position-detection sensors on the centering conveyor. When the workpiece is conveyed to the correct position, the sensors automatically trigger the rollers on both sides to center it synchronously, quickly correcting its position and ensuring all products remain centered throughout the film laminating process.
The automatic film laminating device consists of an unwinding roller, a tension roller, and a high-quality pressure rubber roller, which ensures that the film is evenly and smoothly applied to the product surface without any bubbles or wrinkles. In addition to the unwinding roller in operation, we also prepare a set of spare rollers for quick film changes without stopping the machine.
After the protective film is evenly laminated to the product surface, a sharp automatic cutter, driven by a cylinder, descends instantly upon receiving a signal indicating the product's arrival, cutting the film evenly. Coordinated by an advanced control system, the cutter can precisely cut even when products have very short gaps, without damaging the product surface.
The protective film laminating machine is equipped with a Delta PLC control system and a human-machine interface (HMI), which coordinates the stepping speed and functional actions to achieve fully automated centering, laminating, and cutting processes. The HMI supports multiple languages. The independent control cabinet facilitates operation and maintenance and ensures high safety.
