Each UV lamp unit is equipped with a hatchback housing lined with high-purity aluminum reflective material. The sealed structure prevents UV leakage and maximizes UV reflection and utilization. A high-power axial cooling fan is installed at the top of each independent light box to provide timed, forced heat dissipation. It rapidly dissipates heat accumulated within the chamber, preventing thermal damage to the workpiece, stabilizing the lamp's operating temperature, reducing thermal stress on core components, and extending the overall service life of the equipment.
Conveyor rollers are manufactured from heat-resistant stainless steel with excellent resistance to deformation. They withstand thermal expansion and contraction, ensuring stable, uniform, and distortion-free workpiece transport. The optimized roller structure reduces heat accumulation, avoiding thermal damage to workpieces. It also prevents residual paint adhesion and contamination of workpieces.
