The UV putty filling machine applies the single application rubber roller and a doctor stainless steel roller to cover the liquid UV putty on the board circularly evenly, then uses a heavy steel roller to press and compact the pores of the board. It is ideal for materials with numerous, noticeable pores, providing better adhesion and a smoother surface for subsequent coatings.

Excellent Coating Performance

The cured UV putty layer has a pencil hardness of 2-3H and strong adhesion (cross-hatch test ≥ grade 1). After fine sanding, the putty coating surface is smooth and delicate, effectively enhancing the richness of the later topcoat colour and preventing quality defects such as substrate colour exposure and pinholes.

UV Putty Filling Structure

A UV putty-specific rubber roller works in conjunction with two chrome-plated stainless steel rollers. The rubber roller and one stainless steel roller jointly control the paint thickness, while the other heavy-duty, 300mm diameter mirror-finish stainless steel roller applies pressure to the board, perfectly filling the UV putty into the product.

Roller Quick Release

Each roller assembly is precision-coupled to the drive motor via premium NSK precision bearings fitted with a ceramic protective shield. Quick-release design helps with the rubber roller maintenance or to replace new ones more easily, especially for wide, heavy rollers. This feature reduces machine downtime to less than 20 minutes.

Roller Electric Lifting

The UV putty filling machine integrates electric lifting and manual fine-tuning mechanisms, offering fast response and precise positioning. The electric lifting operation is convenient, while the manual adjustment wheel allows micron-level correction of the roller vertical height with high sensitivity, precisely matching the thickness of different substrates and coating accuracy requirements.

Constant Temperature Paint Circulation

The preheated UV coating exhibits better leveling and adhesion to the substrate. The UV putty filling machine is equipped with a stainless-steel container and a temperature controller that precisely heats the water medium and maintains a stable temperature of about 50℃, ensuring the liquid UV coating remains in continuous, constant-temperature circulation.
