The board-turning-over machine is equipped with a double-layer rubber roller conveyor. As boards pass through the detection unit, the rollers hold the material firmly and steadily. Driven by cylinders and motors, the mechanism smoothly flips the boards upside down. When integrated into the coating lines, the board-turning-over machine enables complete double-sided coating of products in a single pass. Double-layer rubber rollers clamp the board synchronously, firmly securing it throughout the flipping process and preventing it from sliding, falling, or being bumped or scratched on the paint surface. The rubber roller material is wear-resistant, solvent-resistant, and will not leave indentations on the coating.
The dedicated high-power turnover gear motor provides ample torque, ensuring smooth, uniform turnover of heavy, large boards without shaking or inertial slippage. The motor self-locks the ring upon reaching the desired position, preventing swirl deviation. The turnover speed is adjustable, and the operating noise is low.
Equipped with photosensitive sensors, the system performs triple-signal detection for board feeding, 180-degree turnover, and board conveying after flipping. It monitors the board entry and exit position signals, the ring's turnover angle, and the clamping status of the rubber rollers in real time, enabling fully automated, unmanned operation.
This machine is equipped with an independent electrical control cabinet, with a Delta PLC coordinating signal detection, action execution, and safety limit switches, ensuring safe and coordinated operation of the entire machine. It is paired with Delta frequency converters to flexibly match the coating line's production cycle.
