The automatic load and unload machine is based on a double-leg gantry frame structure. Vacuum suction cups or sponge strips are installed on the arm. It is precisely controlled by a PLC and servo motors to automatically load and unload workpieces onto the production line in a rhythmic, rainbow-like motion trajectory, replacing manual labor and improving efficiency.

This machine features a dual-axis motion structure, smooth linear guides and is driven by a PLC and servo motors. This design eliminates collisions during buffer-free operation and achieves precise, fast rainbow motion. Its unique rainbow motion path improves overall processing efficiency while eliminating corner stops and pauses during lifting and horizontal translation, thereby minimizing vibration.
This whirlpool fan works in conjunction with the vacuum generator mounted on the suction cup assembly to deliver stable, reliable negative-pressure adsorption performance. During automatic board loading and unloading, coordinated operation ensures the suction cup arm firmly grips the workpiece, preventing displacement or drop caused by unstable air pressure during rapid lifting and movement.
Delta servo motors drive the robotic arm for lateral movement and vertical lifting, enabling dual-axis linkage and millimeter-level precise positioning. The entire motion trajectory is smooth and stable, without vibration or deviation. It features soft-start and soft-stop buffer control, making movements slow and gentle during board gripping and release, protecting the board from impacts.
This machine includes an independent automatic centering conveyor. When a product is conveyed or placed in the conveyor's working position, the circular rollers on both sides automatically and synchronously move toward the center to correct the product's position. Combined with the suction cup arm, this improves the overall automation and continuity of the production line.
