The roller coating machine has a liquid coating circulation function, which increases the coating utilization rate to 99% through the body's return coating groove and high-flow pump. The use of liquid coating reduces the emission of volatile organic compounds and reduces air pollution.

Every rubber roller is made by a standard process and strict checks, grinding the middle to a higher precision to ensure the entire roller coating is evenly distributed.
Chrome-plated steel cylindrical rollers are manufactured through multiple precision machining processes. After electrolytic polishing and hard chrome plating, the roller's surface roughness is maintained at Ra≤0.8μm, featuring excellent wear resistance and surface flatness. By adjusting the gap between the roller and the application roller, the coating film thickness can be precisely controlled.
Equipped with a high-precision adjustable steel scraper, a micro-adjustment mechanism allows precise control of the gap between the scraper and the roller surface with minimal tolerance, efficiently removing excess coatings and forming a uniform, dense thin coating layer on the roller surface, preventing uneven coating or color differences caused by the roller coating machine.
Adopting a modular, independent transmission design, each core transmission component is equipped with an exclusive drive motor and precision reducer, ensuring one-to-one matching between the power source and the transmission link, avoiding power loss and interference caused by multi-component linkage, and achieving the continuous and stable coating process.
