The automatic parallel translation conveyor consists of three specialized conveyors. It lifts workpieces and shifts them horizontally between production lines: the workpiece is elevated by the first roller conveyor, transferred to the middle belt conveyor, then delivered to the opposite roller conveyor, before being lowered for onward transport. It resolves linear space constraints to enable cross-line product transfer.

It uses a high-elasticity yellow polyurethane strip conveyor belt, which offers excellent solvent resistance, wear resistance, tensile strength and anti-slip properties. The strip structure distributes the force over the contact surface. During lifting and translation, the workpiece can be securely attached to the conveyor belt to prevent slippage.
Equipped along the machine sides, the edge collision cushion serves as an effective protective component. It can absorb impact force when workpieces contact the machine body, preventing edge damage and protecting the appearance of the finished products. Meanwhile, it also ensures the safe and stable operation of the entire machine.
