Processed by the wood texture embossing machine, the patterns on the wood panels showcase an extremely natural, realistic, and high-quality wood-grain look that is almost indistinguishable from the texture of solid natural wood.

By opting for the equipment’s electric heating feature, the soft wood-embossed texture becomes more stable and resistant to rebounding or fading, ensuring a long-lasting, beautiful appearance.
The embossing machine is equipped with a heavy-duty embossing roller with a diameter of 400mm and a weight of 450kg. Utilizing laser engraving technology, the textures on the roller are clearer, more vivid, and more durable. The surface undergoes carburizing treatment to ensure higher hardness and wear resistance. Custom textures such as ashtree, white ash, white oak, red oak, and leather textures are available.
For MDF, plywood, and softer woods, the electric heating system can evenly heat the embossing roller to about 80 degrees Celsius, quickly carbonizing the texture while embossing, preventing texture rebound later, maintaining the texture's three-dimensionality and consistent depth for a long time, and making it less prone to deformation and distortion in subsequent coating and drying processes.
Depending on the thickness and hardness of the wood sheet, the lifting base of the wood embossing machine can flexibly adjust the height with high precision, while stably ensuring sufficient support for the embossing roller throughout the embossing process. Additionally, the base features an integrated anti-vibration structure, which greatly ensures stable pressure during high-speed operation.
The embossing machine is fitted with 60mm-diameter stainless-steel conveying rollers. The surface of the stainless steel roller is smooth, making it difficult for dirt and impurities to adhere and easy to clean and maintain. Its high hardness ensures sufficient support during the wood embossing process while minimizing wear. Extra rollers can be installed for short workpieces to avoid boards dropping.
