The line painting machine features a variable-speed conveyor system with an adjustable range of 0-25 m/min, enabling flexible matching with various production rhythms and process requirements. Equipped with workpiece automatic detection, the equipment operates in an automatic mode where the spray gun's opening and closing are controlled by the workpiece's position, thereby reducing manual intervention and paint waste.
For narrower workpieces, the fixed-position spray gun mode can be employed to maximize production output. For wider workpieces, a mode with reciprocating top spray guns and fixed-position side spray guns ensures the coating covers every angle of the workpiece with exceptional uniformity, delivering a flawless finish. Switching between these two operating modes can be accomplished with the simple press of a single button.
The line painting machine features a simplified, stable mechanical structure with a minimal number of wear parts. Its user-friendly control interface and intuitive operation greatly reduce the difficulty of daily operation and maintenance. The core components of this machine feature a modular design, allowing rapid disassembly and reassembly during cleaning and maintenance, resulting in low maintenance costs and ensuring excellent long-term operational stability.
Equipped with two top reciprocating spray guns and two side-fixed spray guns, this line painting machine delivers all-around coating for various linear workpieces. The overhead reciprocating guns ensure uniform surface finishing, while height and angle-adjustable side guns precisely coat product edges. All spray guns use premium IWATA Japan components, and the guide rail is fitted with an automatic lubrication system to ensure sustained, stable operation.
The line painting machine is equipped with an internal water curtain system, which maintains a clean and safe working environment while ensuring high-quality coating results. A replaceable filtration layer is positioned at the top of the spray booth to ensure a clean air intake and to prevent paint mist from being discharged directly or dripping downward as solid particles or liquid paint, thereby preventing contamination of the products being coated.
The spray booth is integrated with a high-efficiency exhaust emission system featuring an all-stainless-steel rear structure. Its inner chamber enables the quick collection of excess paint mist and paint residue. The system uses double high-density filter cotton screens and a powerful top fan with high air volume and stable air pressure to exhaust the filtered air, and it can be connected to professional waste gas treatment equipment to ensure compliant emissions.
The line painting machine adopts two independent infeed and outfeed conveyors for seamless integration inside the spray booth. Made of high-performance PVC, the conveyor belts deliver high tensile strength, good flexibility, oil resistance, and easy cleaning. With a precision guiding structure, the booth inlet width is adjustable to ensure stable product positioning during feeding, thereby guaranteeing high-quality and highly consistent coating results.
